Scope
This draft describes the current Akwired Taste lounge and showroom website, free customer accounts, and contact options. It does not describe a paid club or an on-site checkout.
Information used by this website
When you create an account, Clerk processes your email address, authentication information, and any profile details you provide. If you choose a connected sign-in provider, account information is exchanged to complete that sign-in. Your email preference and the date it was updated are stored with your account. If you contact us by email or phone, we receive the information you choose to share.
How information is used
Account information supports registration, sign-in, profile management, security, and account support. Contact information helps us respond to your inquiry. An optional email preference records whether you would like future updates; this website currently has no connected email-marketing service and does not send marketing campaigns.
Service providers and links
Clerk provides account authentication and profile services. Our website hosting and security providers may process technical information such as IP addresses, browser information, requests, and security logs to deliver and protect the service. Email inquiries are handled through Gmail. Shop the Showroom opens a separate Shopify-powered shopping destination; its checkout and purchase policies apply there. Map links open Google Maps. These services have their own privacy notices.
Cookies and browser storage
Authentication and hosting services may use cookies or similar storage for sessions, security, and service operation. Blocking them may prevent account features from working. No advertising pixels or email-marketing integrations are installed in the current site code.
Your choices
A free account does not require marketing consent and does not enroll you in the Connoisseurs Club. You can update the profile fields provided in Member Access and change your optional email preference. For help accessing, correcting, or deleting account information, contact us using the details below. We may need to verify that a request concerns your account before acting.
Retention and security
Authentication information and preferences are held in the account service. Email correspondence is held in the contact mailbox. Storage and deletion depend on the account and email services used. Contact us to request deletion or ask about information associated with your account; provider logs, backups, and any applicable legal obligations may affect what can be removed. This policy does not promise a fixed deletion period. No online service can guarantee absolute security; never send passwords or verification codes to our contact email.
Audience and children
Akwired Taste presents an adult lifestyle lounge and showroom. Website accounts are available only to people aged 18 or older. If you believe a person under 18 has created an account, please contact us so we can review it and address the associated information. An online account does not establish eligibility to enter the lounge, attend an event, or purchase an age-restricted item.
Policy changes
The final notice will identify its effective date. Material changes to data practices will require an updated notice before the new practices are introduced.
